GYM GEL ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

• Glucosamine is a non-prescription supplement that is commonly recommended to people with osteoarthritis. It is a naturally-occurring chemical that is a precursor in the manufacture of joint cartilage.

• Capsaicin is a naturally occurring chemical derived from chili peppers. It is considered to be a counter irritant that produces a sensation of warmth that reduces pain neurotransmitters and decreases pain.
