 FIBRO FREEZ ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

• Ketamine is a powerful narcotic anesthetic usually used intravenously during surgeries. It cannot be prescribed orally. It is believed to counteract the sensitization experienced with Fibromyalgia. This sensitization causes increasing pain despite a steady level of painful stimulus.

• Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant commonly used to treat muscle pain and spasm and myofascial pain.  

• Benzocaine is a local anesthetic commonly used as a numbing agent in minor surgical procedures. It works by numbing the area of neuropathic pain.

• Ketoprofen is an anti-inflammatory that acts by inhibiting the body’s production of protaglandins at the site of injury. It can reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation.   

• Doxepin is a tricyclic antidepressant that is often used to treat neuropathic pain conditions. It is considered to decrease sensitization in persistent pain and is believed to act as a sodium channel blocker.     

• Essential Oil of Lavender is available without a prescription. It is often used in aromatherapy for depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, and restlessness.
